Replying to Warm gloves

I'm looking to buy some nice gloves. my hands always get extremely cold so i'm looking to buy some that keep my hands warm. price isn't really an option because it's a present. right now i'm looking at the Hestra Cloud Nine or the Hestra Seth pro model. I was wondering for anyone who's used them, how warm they keep your hands, how waterproof, etc. Also, if there are any other sick gloves that compare, like from Level or whoever, give me some options. thanks
