i personally don't often listen to music when i ski but most people seem to like skullcandy icons plus they're cheaper.

they suck for skiing with. they fall off real easy, don't really 'grip' your head at all

icons are prob the best bet for that but if you wanna use lowriders you would deff have to put the gogglestrap over them, that might hold them alright

skulcandy told me that the icons were the same headphones (soundwise) as lowriders.this made my choice to go with icons very easy. they may not look as sick but they are definatly better for skiing cuz they grip ur head better and can be worn with a helmet(depends ow big ur helmet is) and they are much cheaper.

low riders are only good for hanging around your neck, they're impossible to ski with

I have both LRs and Icons infront of me.
Lowriders:40mm driver, don't stay on your head very well, stretch bigger
Icons:30mm driver(slightly less loud), fit any head very well, won't stretch quite as huge.
that is ALL there is to it.
i can't see anyone using the lowriders for skiing.   the DON'T stay on your head.  period.
the icons do EVERYTHING BETTER.
plus they are only 12.99 at your local tj maxx.

I haven't had much problems riding with lowriders, if i tuck em under my goggle strap they stay in place pretty well. Granted if i eat it they tend to fall off along with my beanie and goggles, but i think the same would happen with icons, i guess kids are havin problems with theirs stayin on but i normally didn't

i have had the same problem deciding which one i want........ and i decided to try both on.........

let me tell you the low riders... suck for skiing period. they just dont stay on ur head.... plus they make u look kinda funny....... but thats not the point............

The icons are super sick and dope.   they stay on ur head... and the sound quality is basically the same...............

Definatly go Icons.......... plus they come in some dope colours..

they have blue, green, black, red. in lowriders.  $15
and then they have yellow/green and black in icons 12.99

Ive got icons and lowriders, and like everybody else said, its really hard to keep the lowriders on your head unless you have your strap over.  Just get the icons, alot cheaper.  Poorboyz has a pair for 10 right now.
