It's not bullshit. Limited supply + high demand = price. Actually, in america, the price should be closer to $8 a gallon. Our goverment is taking the grunt of the price to control economy.

shattered my back window a couple days ago, but paint is lookin good. Can anyone recommend a fix for the glass? could get it cut, find an Astro replacement rear door, or maybe just some plexi till it gets cold

wheels and lowered a bit, but not really. if money wasnt a problem( working part time and paying for school) i would love to swap in a 1.8l from a newer miata and turbo it. Even stock like mine its tons of fun though espically at an autocross course

Def lower it before wheels. Stock height cars with wheels are the stupidest looking thing ever.

I looked for a 535/5 forever, settled with a 525i Touring, swapped it, and now I regret buying one in the first place. Tourings have so many more problems than sedans. I envy thee.

its dropped as low as itll go without rubbing profusely on Megan euro street coilovers. forget how much rake measured from the lat links. sitting on 16x8 et5 bbs wheels from another model bmw and the fronts tires are millimeters from the upper perch. the plan is to go 17x8.5et0 front with 18x10et-5 rear, with somewhere between -1.5 to -3 camber to tuck everything up reeeeal tight to the fenders. gonna pull the hell outa them to fit right up to the lip.

why would do you mixed diameter rims? Id just upsize them from Rotiform but keep them the same diameter. The e34 can handle 18s all around. Dont go pulling the fenders to the point of ruining it. car looks great how it is!

cast bbs's, cant upsize. planning on doing a double-staggered setup because i can and it would work nicely with a slight bit of rake and the tucked rear fender of this car. ill pull them enough to smooth out the flat surface on the outside and to fit something real aggressive. and i mean this is double staggered 17/18: Click for larger image

Not necessarily. I complain because going to the pump and spending over a hundred dollars is painful and I feel like I'm the only one that has to do it. But my car is paid off and 100 ever five weeks is better than $350 every month to be driving a new car with better mileage and then also paying for gas on said new car.

When it comes specifically to the pump, yes, it sucks to pay that much at a time. But in the grand scheme of things, no, it's most certainly not something to bitch about. This is why I decided to come back and respond because I wanted to clarify that I wasn't complaining about my overall situation even though it did sound that way in the beginning. I haven't bought a new car because it's not necessary and I'm better off saving the money while my car is still running. Not to mention the Bronco handles snow like a freakin champ.
