I need a good, reliable pair of freestyle poles. Dont want to spend more than about sixty bucks, and Im obviously willing to cut them if necessary.

poles are poles... if you want 'freestyle poles' be prepared to pay over 60 bucks

find the lightest poles at the store for under 60 bucks that are reaonsably durable then have em cut to your preference

Personally id never spend money on some Stizzy poles......... Waste of money...... ya they look nice and shit..

Either get rentals.... like everyone said before... or just get any that are light and cut em to ur height...

I've had the best luck with Scott Series 4 aluminum poles. Stiffer and longer-lasting than other poles I've used, and you can usually find them for around $60.

whats the best way to cut poles? and how do you fill the hole in the bottom of the pole.?

You cut at the top and put the handle over where you cut.

Dude..Goodwill hooks you up.
$2 for a pair of Scott poles. Just the right length for me. Aluminum too which is good. None of that carbon shit.

You take the grip off, cut, and then put the grip over the hole. Sounds like you're cutting the wrong end.
