Replying to Tricky shinbang predicament
Alright so Saturday I skied for like 3 hours in a pre-season railjam at my hill, and I got a hint of shinbang.
Here's the problem.
At first, I had my boots SUPER tight, but then they cut the circulation off to my feet and that hurt like a fucker, so I loosened them up a little bit. They were still kinda tight, but I noticed that I started to get shinbang, and the outside of the bottom of my calves started feeling really tight and painful. I took my boots off and I could hardly walk the pain in my calves was so intense.
