they found the mass graves of iraq and all the people they have killed. it was estimated at over 300,000 people. for all you people that say bush kills innocent people in iraq, he doesn't he kills iraqi soldiers, and rebels. compare the number of civilian casualties from the iraqi government of there own people, to how many soldiers we killed. all you tree hugging faggots who say we shouldn't have been there and we shouldn't have even been involved in the situation, feel dumb. this is almost resembling the holocaust, in which you also say that the whole holocaust was faked and it was just propoganda, now you can especially feel dumb.

if you are not an american, do not comment on the patriotism that some americans display by serving in the armed services. you have no frame of reference, even if you live in canada. some people feel very strongly about being american, and are willing to die to protect the freedoms of its people.

and pub(l)ic enemy guy, did i ever say that war wasnt horrible? no. i dont think anyone on this site truly know the horrors of war. my heart truly goes out to all the soldiers fighting anywhere. and please guys, dont infect this good thread w/ a shitload of crap (linejibber). if you want to boost your posts or something, do it somewhere else

i think at this point we all realize how terrible war is. way back before and after world war 2 war there were all kinds of war films that glorified it and got a lot of people joining the service and hoping to fight, but nowadays all war movies are like saving private ryan: gory and depressing. pretty much everyone knows that war is more horrible than anything else, but when the ones that dont go and start some shit, some people are willing to accept that horror and do what they need to do.

Well, I'm not sure I want to get into this debate, because it makes me type too damn much. Oh well I will anyways and will keep this short. I agree with Bush's declared motives in Iraq. I'm not convinced, and I never will be that what he DECLARED were his motives WERE his real ones. That being said, good was accomplished, despite a tragic amount of artifacts and art pieces being destroyed and stolen. The death count, while it's probably being inaccurately reported, was relatively low. So people saying war in Iraq was a terrible decision, well, I don't agree. I also don't agree that it was the ONLY answer, or that it makes Geroge Bush some kind of hero.

Now just let me comment on this thread. It disgusts me to see some of the arguments in here, specifically from the so-called conservatives. You do absolutely nothing for your political perspective by swearing rampantly and making homophobic remarks in a political debate. I don't repsect you for being meaninglessly aggressive and neither should anyone else. I wouldn't mind if this was more casual, but as one of you said above, you dont want meaningless 'shit' in here. If you want to be serious, don't deface your own position.
