Ghosting on secondary monitor

I have a macbook. and a 21 inch samsung tv. i use it as a secondary monitor but ive noticed slight ghosting. im using a dvi to monitor adapter, and then a standard monitor cable to attach them. anyone have a solution?

no not when im moving things. like, when things are sitting still. text is double and whatnot. sort of like when you have a slightly interrupted tv signal and you see double.

well i was talking to some people at an apple store and they said the macbooks have a hard time outputting to anything over 20 in. so that may be the prob

hmmm. aight. its not that bad. or noticeable on video. just when i have text and stuff up. i thought it was some sort of cable/connection thing.

ghosting has to do with the monitors response time, not the image source

hmmm. i looked at the plugs again and on the vga plug its missing a prong. could that be doing it?

no like theres supposed to be a row of 5 but its 3 gap 1
