In advanced i am really sorry if my comments come out negative, i am trying to do a positive critique here so if sound to harsh i appologize, but here me out:
1. Alright this one is one of my favs from your bunch, sharp clear, i got scared just looking at it
2. I see you were trying to get the filtered light through the clouds, but besides from that its not that interesting of a shot, maybe a smaller aperature for a longer period of time would help this effect
3. Doesn't appeal to me, not that sharp
4. A fine pic although birds could be a bit sharper, colour looks a bit underexposed, if you have the power maybe zoom to get a close up shot.. just another idea
5. Great moment, although compositionaly it doesn't work that great for me. Heres my reasoning, you focused the animal in the middle, now i am not sure if you understand rule of thirds but basically google it, artistically it makes the image a lot more appealing which would have worked great for this image, sorry if i sound a bit of a negative nancy
6. Again, centre to much, and a bit underexposed...and maybe instead of trying for the back unless you have a cool background try get the front side, which will show a bit more emotion, thus making the image more interesting for the viewer
7. underexposed, not to sharp, colours lack the certain colour punch that i prefer, but thats my opinon, read my comment about post production below
8. Not to interesting of a shot, and again could be sharper, maybe not as cropped woudl have worked nicer....?
9. One of yoru best shots, great moment..i think personally i would have tried for the sunset, and then tried for a sillhouette of the tree, but still a great shot, althogh the grass is a bit dull
10. Front view better than back side, but interesting shot, giraffs are awesome so i dont really want to critize this shot haha
11. Zoom more, to capture the moment better of the two girraffs, althogh this may have not been possible
12. Awesome front shot of the Giraffs haha, could be zoomed or croped a bit more for my preference because again it is centred.
REOCCURING PROBLEM: a lot of you shots lack a bit of strong colour that i think would make them that much better, i am not sure if you do this but post processing can really help on the underexposure problems(IMHO) that you had.
What lens were you using because i think some of the shots should have been using a faster shutter speed and thus a wider aperture
Anyways man you've got a ton of potential and you've deff got an eye for photography. Keep up the great photography, and keep us up to date with new work. Take care and hopefully this helps. If you have any questions feel free to PM and i will do my best.
