yeah i ran a 5:05 split at state cc my senior year but the next mile was just about two and a half min slower.

i ran xc for two years. and for two years i cut every run, i did not complete a single workout, not once. i swam across a channel to the lake to cut a run, my friends hopped a train to avoid a 3-4 mile run. i got kicked off 2 days before the season ended.
