So for any of you who haven't heard of the block, its some snowboarder only hotel in tahoe and at Big bear that is a cool idea, but snowboarders only? The only reason I think this hotel is cool is because Mark Frank Montoya created it, who wouldn't think something is cool if it was his idea? But it would be cool to have something like this for freeskiers. Some competition for them ski boarders.
