ok so if there is a unlegit sale that i am

in how do i file for fraud and get my money back from them?

this is for the future im not in a pickle at the moment

you file a claim with the user that scamed you and if they cant find proof that they shiped it or whatever you get you money back

the only time i had to do that they handeled it realy well. i had my money in a couple days

I would worry about this when it happens. If you are worried enough about a sketchy deal to already be looking for ways out I wouldn't get into the deal in the first place
