yeah, so today we were coming home and i was in the back of my friends car laying down, and he got pulled over for going 9 mph over and the cop gave me a ticket for not having a seatbelt on in the back of his car...thats bull, its 45 dollar ticket, so now i cant even afford my public enemies, so you should all send me some money

I thought the driver gets the ticket for not making sure you were wearing one, but that sucks, get a job or something or ask your parents for a 45 dollar loan you'll be alright..

Or get FUjatives they are cheaper

well, if the 45 dollar ticket doesnt make you want to wear a seatbelt, maybe watching your friend fly through the windshield at 40 km/h and eat assphalt and die will.. i donno, just a thought.

if you're over 16, then you get the ticket, but if you're under 16 without a seatbelt on, then the driver gets it. (in ontario)

def. wear your seatbelt a couple weeks ago a drunk driver tried to run us off the road going 70 so we almost hit the barricade...I was in the back w/o a seatbelt slamming over and over

here if your 16 or over you don't have to wear one in the back seat. I always wear one though. Just a habit.

2 weeks ago I went to Outdoor school Camp with my grade.My teacher was in a Field talking to his Girlfriend at 11:30 pm, my friend and I were suspicious so we flashed a flaslight in the eyes of my teacher and they were closed. We Burst out laughing I said 'His having phone sex'. So the Next Day I went around and told EVERYONE in my grade what happened last night. I said to them 'on the count of 3 we'll say MR. GIBSON were you MASTERBATING last night. My teacher we so red, it was fucking Hilarious

My friend Dustin (I turned him in to a Drunk) was coming home from a party and his sister was driving he was in the back drunk off his ass and a Pig pulled them over for 10 miles over the speed limit he didnt have his seat belt on and got a ticket for that and being under the influnce. I think that shit is so fuuny cause his mom went crazy on him. (sorry Dustin i had to tell hehehe.)

^If your friend got a DUI the seatbelt ticket is the least of his concerns.

You should always wear your seatbelt. Five seasons ago (damn, that long already?) I was in a bad wreck coming back from a day on the hill. My seatbelt broke my pelvis clean through in 3 spots, but saved my life at the same time.

Belive me, 3 months in a wheelchair is nothing compared to what would of happend to me being ejected out of the car... so I'm a big fan of wearing them.

i usually wear my seatbelt in my friends cars...but never in my parents..i dont know why..just a habbit of not wearing it in their cars. i have been in a few close calls for accidents...but i dont let that bother me...i havent died yet.
