Replying to Legal question

the bank i have been using for many years really fucked up.. Im home for the summer and got into some shit with my parents that resulted in them going down to the branch and asking for my account balence statement, which they happily gave out to my mom and resulting in fucking me over for this week and getting me kicked out of the house

the second i heard this i went down there and fucking flipped out on the Regional manager and she had a meeting with all the tellers... im 19 and a full adult thats mad fucking illegal, you can't just give out private information to someone because they are friendly with the teller. IT fucked me over bad and im real pissed, i know this is super illegal, but is it worth following up with? The manager clearly understood how serious this was and was extremely apologetic . I threatened a law suit if it happens again
