Replying to Car wreck

So me and my gf are in her older brother' car we arent driving not old enough yet. Were driving through the parking lot of a park and all of the sudden this girl backs out right into the front of our car. So we are all like what the fuck now because the girls car had a huge ass dent in it and my gf's brother's car had I tiny dent and his light was smashed into pieces. Well apparently Im not supposed to be in the car becasue her brother hasnt had his liscence for six months. So now I have to say that I was at the park waiting for them. Ok so we also find out that one of the reasons she wasnt paying attention when backing out is because some 8th grade guy was trying to get her number so when she was pulling out he pulled up his shirt and flashed her. Well thats no big deal he's a guy but this distracted the girl which lead to our accident. Dont get me wrong im not blaming this on the other kid she should have been paying attention. So the cops show up and decide that the cause of the accident cant be determined. Apparently we might have been speeding. We were going like 5 mph
Now my gfs brother might have to pay like 1600 dollars to fix his car when the other girl told the cops it was her fault.
