Where to mount/what length Kung Fujas?

So I'm sold on getting a pair of these skis, they sound dope for exactly what I'll be riding this coming season. This includes: west coast pow (wet shitty slop), nicer interior pow, park, groomers, tight trees, open glades, cruddy stuff, pow jibbing.
Yeah, I plan to use these skis for pretty much everything, so I'm really not sure where to mount...
I have center mounted invaders and those really suck away from groomers and park, and I have really far mounted back PE's that suck for jibbing and park and skiing switch.
I want to be more jib-oriented, but still not really held back for ripping a bit.
Next, what length do you think I should go for? I'm 6' 145ish, don't really ski super aggressive or powerful. I'm thinking the 189 would be too long for trees and quick turning, so I'm leaning towards the 179. Thoughts?
Thanks

if I were you I would get the 189s. longer is always better and the 179 may feel short for pow. and for mounting I would say 1-2 back from center if you will ever take them into the park. but i really like -2 for my all mountain skis but thats just me

, but it doesnt sound like thats what you are looking for.At 145lbs I would opt for the 179, 189 wouldn't be horrible but it definitely makes it less of an all around ski. If this was purely a pow ski ,189 would be good

Cool, so do you think that 189 would be pretty hard to maneuver? 2cms back from core center sounds good to me.

You said you are not a strong skier...if I read correctly, it is late. Then get the 179s.

im a little biased because i always think longer is better.
I would say 189 and mount 2 cm back from true center. even though it is longer than what ur used to, the forward mount will make it ski alot shorter and im sure u could handle it

The benefits of a 189 would really only be seen in pow and backcountry. Even center mounted or at -2, at 145lbs you would have to throw them around quite a bit in park. I'm 6ft 190lbs and have been skiing for 16 years, I have a 177 Bridge and a 184 P3. I skied the 185 Bridge and it was killer off piste but in bounds , bumps, and in the park it was a bit too much.

really? ive been skiing 16 years and i weigh about 200 and i love 189s in k2 even though they measure out to like 194 i think, they are so big and burly they hold up to anything, but im a long ski guy, my 181 addicts started feeling short on me this year

i'd say opt for a wider ski, like the seth sounds pretty much perfect for you, not quite so floppy, and 99 underfoot instead of 92 or whatever, then you could go for the 179.

Yeah, you did read correctly. Sounds about right. It'll probably seem a bit more playful in the shorter length too. Like I kinda mentioned, the time this ski will see deep pow is not going to be near as much as it will see heavy/shallow powder and in bounds stuff.
And I was looking into the seths, but even this past year there was the mini-rocker, and they are a bit stiffer than the Fujas if i'm not mistaken. I really like softer skis because of my weight. I probably would have got seths if this ski wasn't coming out this year.
As for mounting, I'm not exactly knowledgeable about core versus true center. From what I thought I knew, wouldn't 2 cms back from true still be ahead of core center? Kinda confused still...

it really depends on the ski.
true center is dead center, so measure from tip to tail and take half of it and thats true center.
core center is at the center of the side cut where the ski is at its narrowest point, the waist

disregard the markings on the side of the ski. measure the ski, divide by two, mark that, and mount based off of that. core center doesn't mean anything, really.
