well... today (sunday) at noon I had my last ciggarete forever.

if you have friends that smoke try and stay away from them for a while its tough when everybody around you smokes. that was what kept me hooked for quite a while.

my 2 cents,, and how i quit,, i quit smoking the times i liked it the most first,,

in the car
after food
after work
after sex

and then stopping the rest was a little easier,, but no doubt,, it is super damn hard

its 8 bucks a pack here in ontario but if you go out west, its like 11bucks

$8.55 for 20 in bc or $8 for 25 in ontario.

and that is why I am quitting... the fact that i'm inhaling smoke and killing myself slowly doesn't matter to me.

I can't do it, I've been trying since september but i can't kick the habit.. I cut back to a pack every 2 days though.
Except I've noticed when I tried quitting I smoked 10x more weed.

i know a bunch of people who stopped smoking, they just carried around a pipe and an 1/8 and took a hit or two, when they wanted a Cig, now there fine, but they smoke a lot of weed.

ive quite puffing for awhile, its been about 4 weeks. it just something i am trying to do right now and wait until my collarbone is heeled. its hard though because all my friends are stoners and its everywhere i go. but for now i got my vicodin :)

yea smoking cigs i quit last spring, only time i want one now is when everyone in the car but me is smoking one or when im piss drunk or sometimes when im tripping hard and shit ill smoke one i jsut never buy any
