Locoparks.com Sticker Contest!

Locoparks.com is proud to announce the creation of the first ever Sticker Design Contest. This contest will coincide with the release of V.3 of locoparks.com and will be used to create excitement for the upcoming winter season while still in the middle of summer. This contest will be a contest for the best design(s) of a logo for Locoparks.com. The winning design(s) will be turned into stickers and distributed world wide.

Rules of the contest will be very simple. Anyone familiar with the Newschoolers.com Sticker contest should expect a very similar experience.



1. Contest will run for a period of 2 weeks, Sunday 7/6- Sunday 7/20

2. All members and non-members of Locoparks.com are encouraged to participate. If you don't have any art skills, bribe your nearest photoshop nerd or that emo artistic kid down the street!

3. Designs should be created in black and white, and in such a matter that can be created into a vinyl di-cut sticker.

4. Designs will be submitted to the Official Sticker Contest Thread on the Locoparks.com forums or \n contest@locoparks.com This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it . Designs submitted in any other way will not be accepted.

5. At the conclusion of the contest the thread will be locked, and a period of one week will be allowed for voting of the top choices. Voting will work as follows
a. Members voting will send ONE personal message to Midjib and jblaski.
b. Members will vote for their Top 3 designs, specifying their ranked 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place votes.
c. Midjib and jblaski will tally the votes, and compare results at the end of one week. The winner will then be announced.

6. Winners will receive customized sticker packages featuring their own design plus the other winning designs.


This contest will be run, not only as a sticker design contest, but as a fundraiser for Cascade Terrain Parks. The winning sticker designs will be for sale through Locoparks.com, Locoparks.com facebook site, and directly through Cascade Mountain Terrain Park Staff. Multiple sizes, along with colors will be available for purchase.
