i just got home from working a 7 hour shift at wegmans and i literally hate work with everything i have. does anybody enjoy their job and look forward to it>? share em.
same, im to young. i would be able to lifeguard at the pool i go to, but i dont turn 15 until july, and you can't take the class until you're 15. i've just been doing odd jobs in my neighborhood, and im hopin to get some good money for my birthday
i work at a deli as a line cook making sandwiches and salads and do all other kitchen sorts of things. ive worked ther for almost 4 years, but i do enjoy it, i like everyone i work with my managers love me cuz i've been at the store longer than them so i can get away with mad shit like roasting bowls out by the dumpster and they just laugh at me because they know i work better high.
gotta say tho most kids with summer jobs dont enjoy what they do, your not supposed to, your making minimum wage or close to it, just gotta get the guap so i can support my drug and alcohol habits during the school year.
i work at pier 1 and the people are nice but the job in such is hard and annoying. what do you expect to get for a minimum scrilla paying job? you get your scrilla and you gtfo thats it thats life until you have some degrees from a good versity
Currently employed one day a week, teaching little kids how to golf, every tuesday from 7am-11am. Making 10$ an hour, not bad work, super easy yada yada yada. Well, I usually work landscaping for like 20$ an hour in cash, best way to make money, your outside, can work whenever you want to, and usually the people give you a break whenever you need it. I usually just scrounge for money, sell stuff I don't need to people, and keep all my change throughout the year, once a year go to the bank and get like 200$.
I work for a fencing and plumbing contractor. On Thursday I put in a 19 hour shift but it was up in the Montana wilderness and I was making $28.50 an hour.
I doubt that is true, really what you meen is there are no jobs that pay enough money for you to live, cus I am sure you could get a minimum wage job. If you are willing to work graveyard shifts and shit.
i love my job. i chill with my buddy all day and do "landscaping". but really we just do absolutely nothing. i get paid $12 to do virtually nothing. wordddddddd
i love my job
sometimes i get stupid retarded people who want me to plan their vacation up here, but other than that i just talk to people all day
get to go on oall the tourist attractions for free and hang out with some really awesome people.
although i do wake up in the morning and just dread going to work because it is work and all
i just started working at mcdonalds and i like it, but from what i hear i will soon start to progressively hate it as it gets so repetitive. at least i have cool people working with me
I Work at Longhorn BBQ and they just hired a hot hostess so I am starting to enjoy being a dishwasher. and the cooks are all drug attics so they have a lot of funny stories
im a daycare teacher...i take care of 9 two year olds all day! i love it most days, when they listen, which is most the time, fridays usually suck because i have no patience left....but its not soo bad. its a very rewarding job, my kids are always amazing me. from the things they come up with, the questions they ask, or the things they repeat...like when im asking them to be quiet and none of them listen and then one of them yells....shut the f*** up! thats priceless....and no i did not teach them that...thats all their parents! haha
I'm working at an orchard not even making minimum wage. I work 6 hours a day. Right now we're thinning apples. It's god awfully boring. It feels like there's no end.
i'm working as a camp counselor and it starts tomorrow but this is my third year working at the same camp. i like it i guess. 1.50 over min wage and kids keep things interesting but patience is key. i've had ups and downs on the job but getting paid to play games and do art projects and talent shows or whatnot with kids doesn't usually get boring and parents usually leave some nice tips at the end
jah theres one like a block from my house but u have to be 18 cause they have a giant shreader but my friends dad is like the manager owner thing and he may let me bag only
i work in the pro shop at a local golf course. I get payed pretty well and i usually work like 35 hours a week. its really easy and i basically sit and watch tv all day and serve food to ppl. hey its beer money for college next year right...
I'm 19 and I have a pretty sweet job doing software coding, 40 hour work week at 15 an hour. Most of the stuff is pretty simple long term tasks, so I go on ns a good amount
I have a job as a photographer. I have to travel to other states about 15 days a month, but i get free hotel and food, as well as free use of really nice equipment, and about $8-$9 an hour shooting basketball, baseball, and soccer games. So about $100 a day
danm u guys got it good been able to work ( for the most part) in air conditioned stores and restraunts.... try bein a farm hand.... tho its hard work i get payed well 200$ a week when theres work to do.... and when the grounds not wet.... diggin ditchs suck tho...
im a lifeguard and i fucking love it most of the time. the actual work sucks balls, and when real shit goes down it can be scary as fuck afterwards but the people i work with are awesome. i think any job can be good as long as u have good coworkers.
i dont mind my job at all. i work for a company at a small airport in denver. i get to do things with really expensive private jets/helicopters, see some big names and drive fancy cars. i stalled an aston martin one of my first days on the job haha.
