yea really... there are lots of people who can pull sick tricks, but what it comes down to is your attitude. you dont have to be clean shaven, match your clothes, or always be kind, if thats not the type of dynamic person you are. i think companies are lookin for someone who will stand out and who will grab attention to their consumers. it also doesnt hurt if u can make the big tricks look smooth and easy.
