Quick driving question

ok, im 17 years old, live in NJ, and have had my provisional license for a couple months. i really want to go to PA this weekend, and im not sure i can drive out of state. i have gotten a great variety of answers, saying i can, i cant, only on weekends. etc... i was wondering if anyone knows the laws, restrictions, have done it. anything like that. its only 20 miles into PA, so i plan on soing it regardless, just would sleep better if i knew the official rules, thanks!

Call the BMV, they might tell you.

But just go anyway.
