I'm a freeski/ snowboarder, but just started skiing today. I have been snowboarding since I was like 9, but skiing is so sick. I skii'd 1ce when I was like 8, but I didn't think I'd remember anything...I 270 on a small box on my first run, it was kind of shitty but w/e is that good?

it's funny, i strapped on a snowboard the other day and started showing up all my friends who have been boarding for years

it's like after watching other people do the other sport so much, you learn how to do shit just by watching them and not even trying that sport

I think it kinda works both ways. I will never make the switch, but lots of my friends have. And I'd say the same number switch to snowboarding. I guess it's just a matter of finding which is more fun for you.

...in fact, lots of people I ride with do both.

this is my first year 2 i did my first 270 4 th time first try thou spining is so much easier on skis

I just made that switch this season too. Now I've skii'd about 20 times this winter and only snowboarded about 4 haha. i basically gave up snowboarding, its sad
