um i got to ride them the other week... they were a lot of fun and road a lot like the regular seth. they have a mini rocker so it makes it better in the soft stuff. they were pretty soft for an all mountain ski but still solid.

what length did you ride and what color was the background graphic
how soft were they? like as soft as line elizabeths?
and how would you rate them for a little bit of park like 10%of the time
and how light were they? an estimate of lbs would be nice
thanks im trying to see if i should get them

just skied them, better than the old ones. slightly stiffer than my bcs, a noticeable amount of rocker, which i didnt notice at all on last years, and theyre wider (duh). i wasnt a fan of the seths past, i prefer my bc's, but i feel like this years incarnation hits the spot a bit more as a powder ski that u can cruise the park with from time to time. i liked it, skied a bit short for me (but im 210 pounds, 6'5).
i just wish there had been something resembling a park so i couldve tried em there. instead, crappy tables with no lip on a 3 degree pitch, and one rail

I tried it out... in pretty wank conditions mind you.
It felt like a mini version of the hellbent. The extra rocker that it provides would definitely kill it in the crud.. not to mention make it float better.
not nearly as stable as i've seen in previous years, definitely more of a powder ski than a soft all mountain ski.
It would still kill everything though.. especially if you weigh nothing and ski a lot of freshies.

anyone know if theyr gonna be measured the same as the hellbents? like 179 being like a 185 to compensate for the rocker?

i hope they like thay but prob only half as much becase of 15/20 rocker instead of 40/40cuz 179 too long and 169 too short

they dont do that to compensate for rocker..that is the way they have measured their skis for years.

why do they do that?
it seems silly

well my seths were sure as hell arent as long as the bents and there both 179s, so are the obseths gonna be like a hellbent 179? sounds pretty retarted, just wondering
