when you pop regular what part of you feet to you stand on?

when you pop switch which part of your feet do you stand on?

when you pop regular your shins should be pushing the front of your boots and you should be on the balls of your feet, THEN JUMP!!!!

i guess i only really know how to pop correctly switch. should i jump off my heels or the balls of my feet?

never pop off your heels. you will be thrown way back seat, always have pressure on your boots, just pop from your normal aggressive stance.
