i am teying to amke a  paypal so i cna put money from an american express gift card onto my account to buy some  shit online. but it wont accept my card info, is it cause its a gift card?

im not positive on how to do it, but be careful..my dads identity got stolen last year from peole on paypal

i hope i dont get identity jacked but if somebody really wants to steal teh 4$ imputting on there to buy some ec headwear stickers then i wont be tooo pissed
