Paypal claim?

i think the other dude has 20 days to respond...but its not guaranted you'll get all or any of your money back...if theres no money in his paypal then theres not much else u can do cept go to the police and charge him with fraud

well its over $1,225 so im not really fucking around...

the guy has a full ebay store and good feedback up until 5 days ago when people said they we'rent getting their items.

u pay with a credit card or cash outa ur account...cuz if its a credit card u'll get your money back

yah i've filed a claim before with paypal but it was not nearly that much money and the doucher never responded to the claim so paypal ruled in my favour and i got my money back no problem but then again it was under 200 bucks and thats the standard protection that paypal gives you i think but not entirely sure about that one unless you pay for more insurance, possibly....but if that happened to me i'd be kicking ass and taking names also get into contact with the other ppl he has scammed if you decide to take it to the cops that way they see it has happened to more than one person and they'll be more serious about tracking the dude down because now he's acting like a scam artist and cops don't take to kindly to these types and try and get as much info on the guy as you can such as his address, name, phone numbers, IP (if ebay will give that to you) and present all that information that is if paypal doesn't hook you up.

word thanks 4 the advice... im still hoping that he responds to the claim and I'm basing off the fact he does have 65 other positive feedback left... and an ebay store. Doesn't seem like the average scammer.

Also all of the negitive feedbacks say they were refunded (10-15 days later)... so that could mean this could still turn out ok? i will hunt that mothafucker down otherwise

The guy has interesting feedback to say the least - see how you go with paypal, it seems most people that didn't get their item have successfully received refunds.

Ya I ordered a watch from Ebay Express a few weeks ago and I haven't got it. I filed a claim and everything he still has a few days left to respond. But it sucks cause you think there legit when they have a store but then you never get your items. The guy I ordered from had 100% positive feedback when I ordered but then some guy left him negative feedback a few days after I filed my claim saying he didn't receive his either so it sucks. Hopeully that guy still has that cash in his account so you can get your money back.
