Replying to a question about body building.
ok, i'm getn kinda annoyed with this shit. I do all three bench types(inclined, declined, flatbed), individual weights, pec dec, etc, pretty much everything for my chest. Here's my problem, i have all my muscle mass goin close to where my lats are, as in, i have almost no muscles on the inside of my chest. Is this normal? Or am i just a sad freak of nature, or am i just an idiot that doesnt do all this properly.
