ok, i'm getn kinda annoyed with this shit. I do all three bench types(inclined, declined, flatbed), individual weights, pec dec, etc, pretty much everything for my chest. Here's my problem, i have all my muscle mass goin close to where my lats are, as in, i have almost no muscles on the inside of my chest. Is this normal? Or am i just a sad freak of nature, or am i just an idiot that doesnt do all this properly.

Try to do lots of fly's with dumbells..... or wide chest presses on the machine... those really rip the pecs and inner part of my chest.. try that.

There called Dumbell rows. You put one knee on the bench and bend over then lift the weight. That should work your lats, if not your a freak. Oh and pullups can take effect.

^^^ i don't think u understood...i'd just do flys i don't have that problem. but u might not be gripping the bar correctly. but if thats ur problem u shouldn't even be lifting. but i think doin flys should solve ur problem

to work your lats you have to pull towards you ie. working your back which also pumps up the bicep as for chest,your pushing away from you which also works the triceps

Don't do wide grip... that's NOT what you want. Here are three exercises that really focus on inner chest:
High Cable Crossovers
Low Cable Crossovers
Bench Press INSIDE grip.
Flys are actually a relatively ineffective chest exercise. Most people don't do them effectively either. If you're going to do flys, use them as a supporting exercise and really focus on squeezing your inner chest together instead of using your forearms and biceps to help so much.
