I am in need of some guidence.
Either I can go to Utah and shoot photos and ski and play with the surface team and the rest of you guyses, or go to Colorado for nationals and see half of my friends who I only see during this week-long event. Are the snow patterns usually like this? Is there usually good BC by mid December?

Utah is usually best in late February. Last year we had some powder days in December but no snow in January, it's hard to predict. The PNW always seems to have snow though, and so does Japan. Â
What is the Nationals? Â

Well, for someone who is now technically a professional, I can only see it being beneficial to go with your team. I mean, they are, in way, you're employers. BUt it might be just as good as long as you win Nationals. So, i dunno. Either or.

USASA nationals.
I'm not a pro because I'm not on payroll...and because I don't rip like the pros haha.
I normally would favor shooting over competing, but competing is the only time I get to see some of my best friends. But then again there will be many friendly faces in Utah...

If you don't have actual commitments with Surface, then go do whatever seems more fun!
All times are Eastern (-5)
