As for me, I do 60 second wall sits whenever i can, i also load up a backpack with 24 pounds of junk and do lunges up a hill at 40 degree incline i go up-back up-back, rest get some water and strech then i go on to interval sprints were u choose about 4 locations about 20 yards set from eachother and run from starting location to closest interval back to starting location, to the next interval back to starting and u go till u hit the last interval and back and then rest, and repeat once more. after this im tired and usually sore the next day. I try to do this as often as i can. How bout u guys?
