Binding question

after reading the thread "dumbest things ever sadi to you form a shop guy"  and seeing all the harte on marker bindings im having bad feelings after getting jesters are these as bad as the older ones or good from being a new design? any input would be helpful

I've opnly hear BAD things about other Markers, bhut everything I've heard, the Jesters and Dukes are suuuuper sick.

The jester and duke are completely redesigned bindings and are of solid, bombproof construction. Dont be fooled by marker's old rep. This is a completely different binding.

gooooooodddd cause i didnt do much binding research cause i was planning on only getting new skis and putting old bindings on but i went to a pro night and i ended up getting them for a redic price but i wanted to get dukes but tehy are sold out errryr were round here

maybe with the new dukes and jesters marker will go back to their old quality again.

cause they are supposed to be better and are def sicker cause the free heel , but i wouldnt be doing much with that

good choice. as others have said I've only heard great things about the Jester and the Duke as opposed to all of Marker's other bindings. I would've picked up a pair of Jesters if they weren't twice the price of the bindings I ended up getting.

I think there is a ton of hype right now. They haven't really proven themselves at all. I'm not saying they are bad, but I sure wouldn't buy them for another year.
