This year in february i made an awful fall on ski.
I torn my foremost cruciate ligaments and ive just been to surgery one and a half month ago. I plan to go ski in february again, but what will I be able to do, if anything? And should I use some kind of bandage? Experiences with other people who tried the same is much appreciated.
