SkiStunt Ravine Board Jump w/o Board?

Has anyone ever made it across without using the board? I've been trying for a long time nad still can't do it, but it just seems so possible. Anyone?

wait there is a spring board. i am thinking of something different in ski stunt if there is a sprind board involved. is the spring board like the one the gymnastic girls use in the olympics?

O yeah, it's easy to complete the stage. I'm talking about trying to do something else. Clear the gap WITHOUT touching/using the board.

yeah you can do it.
as soon as your dude lands, do a front flip and land on the steep short down bit thats right after the very start. that gives you just enough speed to make it over if you do it right.

pft, death valley? brakes dude. easy.
all you need to do is make sure your guy doesnt land with the breaks on, and jump slightly backwards at each drop.
