hey say that rape is only reserved for the xx chromosomes. But a night in a gloomy utah valley taught me other wise. It was a seemingly normal end to a seeming normal day. no no no. lets talk about this. my man here has an excellent point. In school when they taught us about rape, they said that if a woman is inebrieted, she cannot give consent so if you have sex with a drunk female, regardless of whether or not you are drunk, thats rape because you're having sex without her consent. i think one would agree the most extreme case of something like this is a sober male waiting for a girl to get wasted so he can take advantage of her.

Wait? lets turn that around. does a guy who is too drunk to walk sound like someone who can give consent to a girl that is clearly taking advantage of him? i would say no. I would say you were raped and we have a glaring double standard here.

entirely different. If it was rape to fuck a random drunk chick do you know how many people would be in jail. What is illegal is when somebody would purposley get somebody really drunk, like to the point of passing out.
