Backflip 360 on Tramp

Can anyone do one? Ive been trying but barely get to back 270.. Any tips? Also, what would it be called???

I know, its tough. I go to throw it harder but I throw the backflip harder too and when i get to 180 i start into a frontflip and just barely get to 270.

ive seen some kids try it before and mess up the big thing is just staying under control and doing it in a flow motion, when you just huck it and whip it as fast as possible you tend to get all out of order just try to pop real high and rotate it smooth and stay in good order while in the air

i know a guy who can five, but he showed me that you just backflip, and once you've leaned back a bit, you just spin. it doesn't look great.

I haven't changed my signature in quite some time, so I will change it. Here it is.

thats easy it's basicly a dspin. my friend can do a backflip with a 720, or a dspin 1440 depending on how you look at it.

^ that would be a dpsin 1080, unless he's doing a double back


a back full is a laid out backflip with a full twist....
a dspin is an inverted cork-it's off axis, your head is not STRAIGHT below your heels, and your body isn't straight.

they really arnt that hard, concentrate more on the spinn then the flip, its not a d spinn, its a rodeo

My freind can do them really well. He seems to start spinning right as he starts his flip and not hesitate at all. They look pretty cool.

dspins r really different than backs, cuz on backs u rotate 360 inverted, d spins just go inverted and then come back, like a cork. a dspin is just a cork that goes inverted and comes back. a backflip with a 360 in the rotation, which is what ur talking about,is a flare 720.

yeah they're easy once you learn them
definitely concentrate more on the spin. keep your eyes open and always lokking for the landing. learn them winding up (cuz like you said, at first you won;t get the spin around), then as you get better at them, they will get more natural and you won't have to wind up
and another common problem is to be concentrating on the trick so much that you don't jump high, so make sure you jump your highest so you can complete the trick

dude a backflip with a 360 is known to must people as a rodeo 7, but doesnt matter wut you call it its still the same trick, if you do a d spin 7 your spinning a corked 360 that you roll into a backflip after you have completed the 3.

dude, i know for a fact that a rodeo isn't a backflip with a spin, a rodeo is off axis like to the point of a lincoln with a spin in the rotation.

a rodeo is not a backflip with a spin, a backflip 360 is a back full, thats it.

I can do it, I've done A backflip with a 540 a couple of times, you just have to be mechanical about it, it's easy to forget how to do it, you got to have the right timeing then you can spin no problem

throw your flip, then when you know you have the flip throw your shoulders sideways and turn your head. works every time.

i can do them. they just have to flow. once you do them a few times, they get pritty easy.

Yeah, a flair is a flair (at least I thought). I still cant get the 3 into the back. I came 2' away from landing on the ground the last time i tried it. Landed right on the springs. I can whip a back 180 with hardly any air from the tramp. I think when I try to get the back 360 I whip even harder which throws me into a double back 360. Its hard getting the two rotations to synchronize with each other.

jesus christ, if anyone wants to see a backflip 3, its the same thing as a rodeo 7...think of the flip as 360 degrees and the spin as another 360 degrees...anyone who thinks its a d spin is a idiot, watch mike douglas or tanner in happy dayz or sm3

SNOW- like i said, you have to make sure you have a good, straight jump when doing the trick, so you don't land on the springs. also, concentrate ont the spin more, and don't whip it at all, just flow (trying to whip it will either throw into another flip or send you off the tramp)

concentate on kicking your feet over your head and laying out the flip, thus making it easier to tuck your arms in and spin faster

CANDIDE1 - Im going to keep trying what you say.. I know it will work. Im almost throwing in the extra flip and landing on the edge at the same time, sucks big time. It will just take time, as everything does.

So its called a Back Full? Makes sense I guess.

they are really hard untill you figure them out i can do back 5's all the timne and i back 7 every once in a while.. the trick is do like a laid out back and as soon as you start to flip drop your shoulder and commit to the spin you can whip them really well be they are always penciled out.

This must be the hardest trick I have ever attempted. Still cant do it. I can throw back 180s with hardly any air now. The pencil position in the air really sucks you around. I think the biggest problem is that I need more air so I can turn my head and finish the remaining 180 degrees.

Then I got messing around with just regular backs and was doing them with 2' of air off the tramp. It was nuts.

Snow - a completely inverted on-axis backflip with a 360° twist thrown is is called a back-full, as said above. Old-school freestylers also called it a mobius loop.

On a tramp, to get it really smooth, you must first be able to throw a laid out backflip. I'd also recommend that you know how to do a barani comfortably (front flip with a half twist). You'll see why later.

Here's the trick. With your arms above your head, throw with enough power for a laid out back. Turn your head to the left (assuming you twist left) and LOOK under your left arm pit. You should be able to see the tramp. Drop the left arm to your side (about a 1/3 into the flip). Believe it or not, you will twist (tilt-twisting mechanics). When you're completely upside down, the rest of the twist will finish just like a barani (provided you flipped with enough power). If the twist slows down, bring your right arm down and across your stomach at this point.

You should always be able to see the tramp once the trick starts. Get a spotter or a harness to be sure.

Thanks a lot for that info! I actually spin to the right but I get the picture. I can do baranis already. I will try it on a nice day when the tramp is not wet and post a vid on how it looks. So you can see where Im messing up.

i hope that our sport goes the way snowboading did, and we wont have to worry about trick names. snowboarddrs just do tricks, they dont try to do a 'cork' or a 'rodeo' htey just throw shit

Uhh I came so close! I was in the air, going for the barani position, perfectly balanced with tons of height, until my ass hit a branch that was hanging over the trampoline. I knew I was going to land it, until that branch came along! Oh well.

I landed my back fulls the very first time did them. I thought they were super easy. I was trying to figure out rodeos by myself, and that's what I came up with. Then my friend came over and showed me how to do rodeos. I learned that you throw a lincoln and spin, not a backflip.
