Replying to Best tahoe beach/campground

Well long story short after a certain numbers of events that happened tonight im going camping in tahoe tomrow fer shits in gigglez with a bunch of friends for a lil party thing. So i need to know the best campground by the beach that isnt like strict as fuck or something, I was thinkin chimney but the hill would be redic bringing tents in shit and even if, can you camp there?
I know it should be in the regional forums but i need to know like by tomorow by like 6pm
