What to do for 15+ hours on a plane.

my roomate just did that on his flight to alaska. he wanted to memorize the pattern to it so that he could do it really quickly to show off. find one of those "useless" skills, something that it would be cool to know but a waste of time to spend learning during the normal course of a day, and learn it.

Get to the airport early, look for the hottest girl who looks like she might be on your flight, talk to her, ask if you can sit next to her (you don't wana get stuck with the sick fat guy with the baby etc.)

On the way to mexico my brother and I brought sketchbooks and drew some dope shit.
Also, stock up on music.
I also stocked up on iPod vids, like Donnie Darko, [Photo]Play, Teddybear Crisis, Fight Club, A Lucid Dream, A Scanner Darkly, The Big Lebowski....yeah you get the idea
OR
bring an ukelele on the plane and sing/play Tiny Tim songs and see how many people get mad.

Heres pretty much all the possible things you can do that arent too difficult and are enough to pass the time
Listen to Music
Draw
Play Cards
Bring mini portable games (solitaire, hangman etc.)
Gameboy (get a long non repetitive game such as pokemon)
Do something for the sport you play (i string lax heads)
Bring a variety of magazines (skiing, cars, catalogs)
Write a story, its quite fun, give copies to your friends
Read a good book or a mini series
Artsy stuff (flip book, collage, scrap book)
Sudokus, Crossword Puzzles, Riddles, Different puzzles
Talk to people around you, make friends w/ people your age
Bring Old things to look through (pictures, yearbooks etc)
Get books or stuff on Spain and learn about it?
and wacking it every few hours will help in the downtime

get drunk, free booze on international flights...although you get cut off easily 15 hours is a long ass time, so if you pass out and wake up your still on the plane and hungover plane rides suck ass but you do have a sick bag (I may have played this game before)

Yeah I hooked up with an asian model on a flight to Australia once, she was on my same flight home a week later so that was awesome... I'd say wear a suit if you plan to get drunk, they'll think you're some sort of high roller so won't cut you off too quick :p

Read skymall. Once when you take off(while you can't use electronics) and then again later, about half way throught the trip. You can stretch it out to almost an hour, plus the second time you notice new products that you did not see the first time.

this guy knows whats up. sleep is the best, if you can get to that stage. i despise planes, on my 14 hour flight i usually try to fall asleep. i had been asleep for like 5 hours straight at one point, till the retarded flight attendent woke me up at midnight to ask if i wanted an icecream. what a bitch. i didn't fall back to sleep for atleast another 3 hours

me and my friend on the way to camp once just tore pieces of paper and threw them at the people in front of us. haha the one little kid was like "mommy is it snowing in the plane?" but other than that look out the window for a really long time and if your flying united or ted than have a contest on the plane too see who can eat the most snack boxes....plus the one snack box has chips & salsa, beef jerkey, and goldfish. mm mm mm mm good....

yeah but dude, if you cant sleep on planes make sure you get enough sleep before, cuz our flight got delayed till 2 am, then 10 hours to germany and i couldnt sleep so i felt like shit.
