I'm trying to travel over the Canadian Border through Seattle and I was wondering if you have to have a passport or if you only need some form of identification like an ID. has anyone passed through Canada in the past couple of months that knows the answer for sure?
otherwise, a drivers liscence (or other ID if you don't have one) and birth certificate will do.
If youre under 18 and not with your parents, have a letter saying you can travel with whoever you're with, and if possible, get it notarized, but when crossing at peace arch or truck, they dont usually give a shit if it's notarized.
