Replying to Job + housing = your help

Ok so my story is simple. Came out to Vancouver from Toronto to to find some work and ski. Needless to say the skiing is amazing and its time I found a resort job. I have been to Whistler and as amazing as it is, I would like a smaller resort town. So, I am asking anyone that has information, contacts or anything to help out a fellow skier. Don't really care where as long as the skiing is good and I can do it often. My primary concern is housing so any help there would be great. As well those that are currently doing what I am trying to do, tips would be great. I know its late, and should have done this months ago but hindsight is 20/20. So, I was thinking Kicking Horse due to its terrain and small town feel but ive never been. Then again i havent been to any of the resorts out west So who is hiring, what jobs, housing, how to find a good job (ie not a liftie), which resorts to look at which ones to steer clear of is really what I'm after.
