Depends. If you want more waterproof and maybe little less better looking ( in some opinion) then helly for you. If waterproofing isn't that big of a deal and a really baggy one piece is what you want, get oakley.
i have a helly jacket and have to say its way better than any oakley stuff I've ever gotten, wiked durable and wicked warm. and on top of that it fits too unlike oakley which is ginormous
helly has super good qaulity stuff and some o.k. style, oakley has good qaulity and pretty nice all around style but if you want really good qaulity that will last go, HELLY!
I don't own HH, in fact I own an Oakley Link jacket, but I have compared the two at a shop. As everyone else has stated, HH is a lot more durable and better designed than Oakley. I like the fit and look of Oakley, but if you want something that will be function and look good, though not overly baggy, I'd go with HH. I hope their prices for the Logan suit goes down by next year because it's so nice.
helly owns oakley. oakley shit is retarded. sooooo poorly made. helly looks a lot better and is of much higher quality. if you're into getting soaking wet and not staying warm, get oakley. if you want a quality piece of outerwear that will last longer than five minutes, get helly.
I've got a Medic, and I like it, it's super warm, and I've never gotten wet in it, with that said however... If I could've gotten the same deal on the Francis 7 as I did on the Medic, I would've snatched the Francis up like there was no tomorrow. My next outerwear purchase will most definitely be the Francis 7 (cause I like one peice suits) or the Logan 5 jacket and pants...they are mad functional and amazingly made...plus Pollard rides for Helly, and as we all know, Pollard is God...and if Helly is good enough for God then I'm pretty sure I want it.
Logan 5 jackets and pants can also link together to form a kinda semi-one piece. $600 for the Logan 5 is really really expensive... but so worth it. Ahhh, gotta find another job.
