Does anyone know of a sizing chart for height and pole sizing? I know the flip the pole and put your and under basket, your arm should be at a right angle, but it is still kind of hard to tell. I have some 50 inch poles and I am just short of 6 feet tall. Should I cut them, and if so what height?

I'm 6' 1" and I use 48's and 50's, so if you cut an inch or two off those you should be good. Don't go too short though, then you'll end up having to hunch way over to push yourself on traverses and roads. You can always cut a pole shorter, but you can't make them longer.

That doesn't seem that big to me. I'm 5'11" and I use 50s. They're a little tall for moguls, but not terrible. I prefer a taller pole. It's easier to use tall poles in the bumps than it is to use short poles when you want to charge.

whatever is comfortable! actually no! thinking out of the box is bad you must find and learn to like the international standard pole size!
