Im lookin to get my sister a scarf for Christmas. I want it to be black with big white block letters on it that say "Close To Home" can anyone do this for me Ill pay ya $20 plus shipping?

they arent too hard, but its one of the most boering things, and they take for ever to do, they have to be a good 3 1/2 ft

I put Id pay shipping because I would get 2 day or so, so it would be here before christmas. But I thought it would be easier to make than a hat. Idk though if I need pay more I will but I need to know please thanks
