Replying to Presents for friends

alright so christams is coming up, and i dont know what to get for my friends. im kinda cheap and i wouldnt be getting any of them anything, but i know like 10 of them at least are giving me something. i know a lot of them, especially the girls, want me to crochet them a hat. im also a lazy procrastinator, and ive only made 3 total and they think theyre amazing, and i havent made another in like a month. i dont know if i should just find something for like $10 each to give to each of my friends, go to like spencers amd buy gag gifts, or attempt to make 10+ hats for my good friends in the next 2 weeks.
