Blown edges

I typed it into the search bar and got a blank screen so sorry if this is a repost of something prior. But How much does it cost to fix a blown out edge in tips and tails? Missing edges under the foot? and replacing the edge all together? Just wanna know what a good price is so I dont get ripped off

if you rip the edges out in your tips and tails then you need to start skiing on snow

you will spend so much $$$ to replace the edge i would say find a way to get some new sticks

I mean these will be my urbans/fuck around skis. Im not lookin to ski anything major just some rails sessions etc.

if its under the foot it wont destroy the sidewall and shit on a rail?

No I have a volkl karma which I tore the edge out and it has held up rather well...think of it this way at least you won’t catch an edge anymore

This just happenned to be recently.  I blew out an edge under foot and the edge caused a core shot.  I brought it to the shop and they said 30 to fix the edge and then 30 for a stone grind.  Later they called and told me my bases were too beat to stone grind so i told them it was all good.  So in the end.  I got about 3 inches of edge put in and a decent core shot fixed for $30. Alot less than I expected.
