I think the creater of a post or reply should be able to edit it so they dont just have to reply 50 times to fix typos and shit...Just a suggestion

4. That shit would fuck up in a heart beat on NS. Think about it? Most kids on this site are under 16, shit wouldn't work at all. if people took an extra 10 seconds to read their shitty post, they wouldn't make spelling errors ect. FireFox2.0 helps with spelling too.

I think you are a fool if you dont think being able to change something on a post or reply is wrong. What if you say something wrong not just misspell it or if you want to change a price on an item youre selling or add a picture or details...Just think about it, it is a smart idea and it hasnt fucked up any other forums based websites i belong to...

Yes, there are forums where it works. But the forums I see it on are much slower moving.

It would create chaos for sure.

Everyone just needs to take a few extra seconds to look at what they are typing.

plus, then we wouldn't have the wonder ful "my faunt got bigger" threads.

I know there are a few threads I made a new one just more or less like a petition the more threads created will make the mods or w/e think its a bigger deal...
And to the guy above me...Like I said before, Im not so much saying to edit it for typos more to add pics, change prices if someone wants to lower them, add some things for sale, etc.

If you guys think it will mess shit up, I think it should be more like when you quote someone.................

you should be able to edit (add on) to what you said, without re fixing what you said in the first place...make it so it just quotes what you said the first time, and then with a new line saying
*EDIT*  and then what you want to add...but keeping it in the same post

Some 12 year old would start a thread asking 'Do you like skiing?', get a bunch of 'fuck yes!!!' responses, then change the question to 'Are you gay?' and think they are the coolest person in the world.

I know I did that when I was 12.

uhh   wow...  who ever would have thought of that!  LOL.  that is funny though.  I was thinking that editing would work for the first 5 minutes to correct spelling or add or clarify.  But yeah...  I definitly see your point.  hahhaah
