Help!!

alright so yesterday i recieved an ipod nano for my birthday. i was just in my room listening to it when the whole thing just froze. it wont play any music and is stuck on the same screan. it wont turn off and i tried plugging it into the computer and nothing happened. help!

connect it to your computer and reload reinstall the ipod software. worked for me...
