search for it...there are about 10000 threats out there...
but basically:
- jump onto the rail
-try to stay low
-put a little more weight on your forward foot cuz its gonna help you not to slip out on the rail...
- otherwise try to find the spot underneath your boot where u can balance the ski out
1. commit
2. make sure you have decent speed - the slower you are, the harder it will be to slide the whole rail
3. feet shoulder width apart
4. low stance, with your hands near your shins or boots
5. look at the end of the rail, or if on a kink, where the next kink in the rail is
6. rip it
i find that i really need to conciously think about these things the whole time. like when going up to the rail i kinda quickly think over those pointers before i hit it, and while i'm on the rail. make an effort to keep those in ur thinking when ridin rails
oh and btw the pointers above are in no particular order
all the advice above is good, but the main thing is to just keep hitting the fucker till u get it right. you'll have a bruised hip, maybe a mild concussion, but eventually itl get easy.
