Azureus

I'm having problems with it.  I already had it downloaded on my computer.  I just finished using it to do that crazy azureus shit that it does with bittorrents to make the files usable so i could listen to wolfmother and i tried to download another album and once it downloaded and i tried to open it using azureus, well, azureus wouldn't open.  all the files are there except for the icon and when I click on the icon to get it to open it asks me to select a program to open azureus.  Can anyone help me? Does anyone have any idea what the hell I just said?

after it downloads, just go to the folder u put the file in and open it from there.

thank you for responding finally! but unfortunately that doens't do anything.  all of the sudden my computer doesn't know how to open the program of azeurus itself.  like, when I try to do what you say to do, it wants to search my computer for the program. and when I try to manually open the program it doesn't know how to open it and prompts me for what program to open it with and when i cuss at my computer and say azeurus, it doenst' do anything.

well, it was a blue frog. now my computer doesn't even know what program the icon is.  I have all the files associated w/ the program from when you download it but my computer won't recognize the icon as azeurus. so when i click on the icon (which shows up as one of those blank icons that you have to choose the program to opne it for) it just, well, does what is in the paranthasis or tries to search for the program on my computer.

well i can't figure out how to turn a screenshot into a picture file. all i can get it is to paste it in microsoft word but I cant get it to save as a picture file on my computer. if someone tells me how to do that i'll post a pic.

have u tried to choose a video player for the program to run it with from that list, that should work.

try deleting it then re-downloading it, and if that don't work try another bittorrent downloader,
but if u can get azureus to work it'll be worth it cause it's the best

yeah, i've tried un-installing it and re-installing it like 5 times now and it hasn't worked. which is wierd cuz it's worked perfectly up until now where all the sudden my computer won't recognize it. what's another good program i can use?

if you want to keep using azureus, make sure that you have a java jre on your computer. To do this, do a search for 'java'. For some reason you may have accidently deleted it and azureus needs it to run. As for another client I would go for utorrent. It is a good client that isn't heavy on resources.

big air and ericpbp, I have re-installed it numerous times and have done the same with java, which seems to acting up too. i'm about to try this utorrent. thanks for the help though.
