Why dont my pics have thumbnails?

How do I upload a photo so that it has a 90x90pixel thumbnail, then when you click on it it is back to it's original size?

It's hosted remotely not on NS, I think there's no thumbnails for legal reasons or something for remote images

my ns > account tools > enable thumbnail pictures (change the NO to a YES)

when you go to upload a photo click the "browse" button and upload the picture from your computer to newschoolers then it will have a thumbnail

I looked it up before, it is totally legal to make thumbnails of pictures hosted on other sites. Google and Wikipedia won the lawsuit, so its legal for any website to just go and do it now to my understanding. I've asked about this a few times because I hate the 100k upload limit here, but I guess it'll be in some future version of NS. Still, its a shame, it would make the pictures section a lot classier.
