I just wanted to leak a little bit about NOMICS. Some of you may have heard about it already. NOMICS is a clothing company based out of Colorado. Line said it best, 'skiing needs a future'. Well, skiing has a future, and the future is all of us on this fucking website. This is the core of skiing. Everybody on this site loves skiing so much they come on this website to further talk about it, and post things about it, you all know what I'm talking about and where I'm going.
How does this all tie into NOMICS? NOMICS is made for you. NOMICS is not made for Tanner Hall, or Jon Olsson, or anybody who gets paid to travel around the world, smoke pot, and film skiing. NOMICS is for the core of skiing. NOMICS is grass roots, and NOMICS is going to make what today's skiers want.
Core skiers dont want tight pants and rear entry boots. We dont want skis that are 210cm long, 66mm waists and no twin tip. We especially dont want a fucking hot pink and green coat. So FUCK THAT SHIT!
NOMICS will be releasing an all new line of streetwear to start out. (money issues with loans and shit dont let you start making pants and jackets first year). So NOMICS will start with Hoodies, T-Shirts, Long Sleeve Shirts, Bandannas, Hats, Beanies, and of course STICKERS!
You are probably thinking 'great, another Siver Cartel'. You're on the right track, but NOMICS is a little different.
Wherever the NOMICS team is, you will know. You will see the logo spraypainted using stencils all over your local hill. You will approach a rail and see the logo on the side of the lip. The letters N O M I C S will me painted along side the big air at ur hill, and when you find us, tell us that we're at ur home mountain, and we'll give you a sticker for your goggles and have a session.
Website should be up soon, in the meantime, look for the logo on the goggles. If you have any questions, feel free to send me a message, or look for the owners of the company on this site going by the name 'NOMICS'.
