Replying to I need trip info planning for an interconnect alps trip.

Hello, I am planning a ski trip to the alps this winter and I have no idea where to begin planning. We are planning on going for 2-3 weeks and want to hit France, Italy and Switzerland. We are looking to ski hard for the first 2 weeks and stay cheap in hostels or wherever and then finish the vacation with a few days of relaxing and living it up. I have never been before so I don't even know where would be the best place to start and to fly in to and where to end the trip and fly out of, when is the best time to go?
